Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 May 2026
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed via royalstraps.de (“Website”) with RoyalStraps (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact details and legal identification are listed in our Imprint. Different terms from buyers will not be recognized unless we expressly agree in writing.
2. Contract Conclusion
Product displays on our Website are non-binding invitations to make an offer. By clicking “Order Now” and completing checkout via Stripe, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation email (typically immediate after successful payment).
Storage of contract text: We store the contract text and send it to you by email. You can access these Terms anytime on this page.
3. Made-to-Order Production
Each RoyalStrap is made to order. Production begins after we receive your payment. Estimated production + delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks from the order date.
This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee. We will inform you by email if delays of more than 1 week beyond the estimated window occur. You may then either accept the new delivery date or cancel for a full refund.
Free cancellation before shipment: You may cancel your order anytime before we ship your goods, for any reason, at no cost. Send an email to info@popstraplab.com with your order number. We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method.
If we cannot deliver the ordered product within reasonable time (more than 4 weeks beyond the upper end of the estimated delivery window, i.e. more than 8 weeks from order), you are entitled to withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund. We will inform you proactively in such cases.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices on our Website are gross prices in Euro (€), including statutory VAT (if applicable) and excluding shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free for orders over €50; below that, shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland (“Stripe”). Accepted payment methods include credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA Direct Debit, and others depending on your region. Payment is due immediately at order; we are not obligated to ship before payment is received.
We act as Kleinunternehmer pursuant to §19 UStG. No VAT is charged on our invoices.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide unless restricted at checkout. Standard carrier is DHL with package tracking. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times and costs are detailed on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier (consumers: upon handover to you).
6. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer (Verbraucher according to §13 BGB), you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods. For complete information on your withdrawal rights, including the withdrawal form, please see our Cancellation Policy / Widerrufsbelehrung.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply (§§ 437 ff. BGB) for a period of 2 years from delivery. If a defect appears, please contact us at info@popstraplab.com. We will repair, replace, or refund per statutory provisions.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. In all other cases, our liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers with habitual residence in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
11. Severability
Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
