Made to Order

Every PopStrapLab strap is made to order in Switzerland. Production begins after we receive your payment. This ensures the highest quality and freshest materials for every single strap.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over €50. Since all our straps are priced at €55, single orders and bundles always ship free.

For orders under €50, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Worldwide Delivery

We ship to all countries worldwide unless restricted at checkout. Whether you’re in Europe, North America, Asia, or anywhere else — we’ll get your PopStrapLab to you.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your DHL tracking number. You can follow your package in real-time from our workshop in Switzerland to your doorstep.

Delays

The 2–4 week timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee. If your order is delayed by more than 1 week beyond the estimated window, we will inform you by email. You may then either accept the new delivery date or cancel for a full refund.
